We are looking at different Minwax combos to have a lighter color on our red oak hardwood floors without looking pink/red. We want to be able to see the character in the wood. We are also looking at doing 3 coats of Bona Mega One sealer. Is this a solid plan? Should we go satin finish to help with foot prints? We are discussing different options with our floor guy. We don’t want them to yellow or amber over time. We have put a few combos down on scrap pieces but would love suggestion? Please help. Thanks
