1 1/4” rubberwood ”butcher block” tops (not true end grain up). i prefer not to do the breadboard ends because it looks too farmhouse to me, but he says they will warp without it. They will be sealed with mineral oil and beeswax/carnuba wax. And then oiled as needed. Thoughts? i don’t expect these to stay perfect or last forever. Also he just sprung this on me this morning and he needs a decision asap 😬
