It might be a BW, but there are several heirlooms which also display the similar leaf shape.

Thank you. i thought it looked like a tomato plant but we didnt plant tomatoes in this patch last year so I wasnt sure. We did plant brandywines last year in another area some distsnce away. i posted the question for confirmation that it indeed is a tomato and not okra or a weed.

As vgkg says, It could be a Brandywine. Brandywine has that potato leaf like your plant has.
