Unexpected plumbing behind wall

My husband and I are renovating our kitchen. It’s a small L shape, (74.75x 136”). The original stove was electric and against the longest wall, making it impossible to cook efficiently (picture included). We decided to switch to gas and move the range to the other wall, as it’s the only other space it will fit and give me decent counter space on the one side. We’re also installing an over the range microwave. Today we opened the wall so my husband and brother in law (licensed electrician) could run electricity next week, and found the drain and vent pipe smack where the range and microwave are supposed to sit. We figure for the microwave electric, we can put the outlet in the cabinet next to the one above the microwave and drill a hole in between the two to plug it in. However we need to run the gas line and install an outlet for the stove. The current plan is to install the outlet a bit higher in the bay to the left of the plumbing lines and basically try and fit the gas line in that same bay as the plumbing lines or see if it can come up through the floor.
I hope I’m explaining this all correctly. We do have a plumber and contractor doing the work but both are on vacation for the next week and I’m in a bit of a panic. Any ideas/issues you can think of would be very appreciated.

Code issues will dictate what you can do. I cannot stress strongly enough how important it is to have pros do your mechanicals. Safety trumps design, full stop. Neither of your ideas sound ok. You really need an electrician and gas company to handle those.

Not many people are putting in gas stoves nowadays . Most are going to induction, and for a kitchen the size of yours — which is limiting you to OTR ventilation — you really need to think carefully about gas. That is a lot of heat and effluent for an OTR micro to pull. And not having to run a gas line would resolve some, but not all, the issues here.

If you haven‘t already done so, you might read the thread ”READ ME FIRST” and consider if you might like to share your floorplan. So many here can work miracles with small spaces. Good luck!

Correction. Upon rereading, I see you have electrician help. He’s going to have to figure that out based on what he sees on site. I still don’t think there’s anything we or you can do in the meantime.

Your stove is on an outside wall now, which is the best place for venting the hood. You're going to have to box in the vent if you move the stove. I'd rethink this idea.

"We figure for the microwave electric, we can put the outlet in the cabinet next to the one above the microwave and drill a hole in between the two to plug it in."

Yes, but the cable will still enter through a hole into the cabinet above the oven, even if you then route it into the adjacent cabinet.

"The current plan is to install the outlet a bit higher in the bay to the left of the plumbing lines and basically try and fit the gas line in that same bay as the plumbing lines or see if it can come up through the floor."

Ranges have allow only limited wall and floor areas where the gas line and electrical outlet can be located. If you put either in the wrong place, you won't be able to push the range back against the wall. Examples:
