IMO wood look tile is already a dated look , have you looked at vinyl plank in a white oak color.

We have this (in Aequa Silva) and absolutely love it! Most people who see it do not realize it is tile.

I suggest you go to some flooring stores to look at the tiles in person❣️You may find other tiles you like too that you had not considered.

Vanessa, I'm in the same boat! I live in FL right by the ocean and looking for the most realistic white oak tile. Not whitewashed, not orange, but light and warm. I've been to a handful of tile shops but haven't found "the one". Did you finally pick yours?

I opted for vinyl because of how simple it is to install and more realistic looking compared to wood. I also loved how bouncy and warm it was compared to tile. The vinyl I went for was a luxury vinyl plank from top wood. I’m also attaching a photo of it here.

Mike, did you end up going with the Nia Teak Tile? I live in Texas with kids, a dog, and 2 cats, so the LVP is just not going to work with our current lifestyle.
