My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Light to medium brown tone engineered hardwood

We are looking for engineered hardwood that resembles the attached photo (light to medium brown tone), somewhere around $5-8 per sq. ft. (material cost). Species: preferably oak or hickory. Does anyone have any suggestions based on personal experiences? :) I've seen lots of pictures online that I like, but having trouble finding actual samples in stores that look like this.
