I found many topics in this forum about plants it's amazing. Thought to ask you something

I have a pink jasmine which loves sun of course, planted it on the western side (see pic)-exposed to sun from the south-west

The plant was bought from a local nursery and it seem very fine and clean of any diseases.

somehow and for some reason I am having bad luck with it, every while it wilts:

1. first time it wilted I believed the sun too harsh (because it was out of nursery and there they place it in a shady location to save on water) so moved it to more shady spot where it grew fast for about several months

2. second time is after moving it back to its intended location, at first it started boosting growing fast.. one day it looks like this (see pictures) I have no idea what's the matter, there is a bit of black on it's stems and little if any black spots on some leaves -no big deal

Yesterday I watered it + sprayed it with neem oil solution can't get it to live
