I am puzzled about how to tie that lean-to portion of the porch roof (upper right side) to the structure. The porch roof on that side is higher than the existing house roof.

The rendering is not accurate. Because it shows the tie in as a straight line & ignores where the porch roof intersects the overhang.

I can tell you that would be way more than $65k here - but I'm in NY so it's a high cost part of the country...

As PPF said, you'll need to get some local quotes to find out. Any one of those items could vary by thousands just depending on product, options, install type, etc. For instance, just on the windows are you considering vinyl? Wood? Pocket replacement or New construction? New interior woodwork? What color on the window interior? What type of glass? How many windows are even in the home?

If you are just looking for a number in the stratosphere for a complete exterior makeover including stone, decorative concrete, some carpentry (over the new porch) etc, you will be well into six figures from start to finish for professional work.

You really need to get quotes from a local company. That is the logical path opposed to annonomous people on the net who never went to your home.

A job like this is gonna be all about the details and we have about zero details. vague questions typically get vauge answers. Prices on jobs like these can be all over the price spectrum. If you can not secure at least 150 k you just may be spinning your wheels.
