Cobblestone porch hot tub wiring

Hi, Long story short. I have a hot tub I am installing on my 3 foot tall cobblestone porch. I want to run the wires under the top cobblestones, but still far above the ground, through a metal tube and up to the shut off mounted on the side of the house. My question is hot far below the top surface of the top layer of cobblestone must I run the tube?
