the photo you attached of the bedroom on the lower level has a private bath for the guests. house has a total of 2.5 baths.

there is a large 11'x16' storage room behind these bed that also house the hvac and tankless water heater. has an exterior door too.

we do not have a garage on this project. client's direction which i fully agree with...at a natural setting i prefer a simple roofed structure tucked in the woods away from the house to place the car(s). for now there is ample parking in the drive and no plans for a garage.

Excellent house. What are the dimensions of the building and roof pitch?
I live in the Crumpler area full time. I wish more people would build in such a simple aesthetic that sits quietly on its site.
