Need paint advice for bedroom re-do!

Hi, We are redoing my daughter's old bedroom, and will use it as a spare bedroom/exercise bike-yoga room. I found a Sherwin Williams color "reflecting pool" (darker color on left on the wall) that I want to use as an accent wall where the tv will be, but need your expert input on what color makes sense for the other three walls. I did get samples of "Glimmer" (too light? bottom right) and "mearder blue" (too blue? top right) but I'm not completely sold on either one. Any ideas? Thanks!

For me, the dark one is too much. So I would pick one of the other options for all the walls. No accents.

Maybe you can do some fun wallpaper somewhere.

Accent walls are very polarizing on this site. :-) But I know you're thinking the room will be boring without one. It's true that a room filled with exercise equipment is not too interesting. But a television is already a black hole, so I don't know if an accent wall is the answer. I am going to throw an entirely different idea out there. Shouldn't an exercise room be energizing? I wouldn't go gray or blue at all. Are there some other brighter colors that you're attracted to?

I'd go with the "glimmer" ceiling and walls. Need to be light, the furnishings will darken the room, and the color will look different too, depending on the light

.IMO Intense wall colors are for rooms with alot of natural light.

Thanks for the advice! The room has south and east facing windows, but honestly i would be in there after the sun moved towards the other side of the house, or at night, most often. Given that , should I look for a color with a mid LvR rating? I do lean toward a blue/green or blue/gray type color. Any thoughts?

I need to see what is going into the space . Wall color is chosen to work with what you have . Is this going to have abed in itall the time ? A TV does not need to draw attenti it with an accent wall for sure . Post a pic of the space and the stuff going into it but I will agree the Refelecting Pool is not a good color .

Personally I'd scrap the idea of an accent wall and do the whole room in Meander Blue. Not too dark, not too light and clearly it's in your color scheme! It's a beautiful color for a guest room

A softer version of Reflecting Pool is this color of the year

For a focal wall, suggest behind the bed and for nice color for rest of room, see the two shades below (I like Atrium).

You’ll end up with a calm space for guests and your yoga and for workouts, it will provide an earthy energy.

I love blue too, especially for bedrooms. Look at Benjamin Moore Blue Ice for all four walls. It’s colorful yet muted (grayed) enough to be sophisticated and not overwhelming. I’ve used it in two bedrooms- one with dark blue and white bedding, the other with turquoise and white bedding.

Great ideas!  I like those colors of the year!  I dont have a picture of everything in the room unfortunately because its being prepped for painting. (Not much in it)  i was trying to paint before getting the bike and mounting the tv.  The twin bed will always be in the room.  Right now its across from the eall where the tv will be.  So when you come into the room you will see it and the bike.  T bed is per

To finish that sentence...the head of the bed is against the far wall (south).  Kitty corner from the entrance.   The left side of the bed runs along the far east wall...about 2/3 length of wall.  Would the darker color go on the wall with the head or side of the bed?  South or east?

Would help to see a floor plan and your planned layout. Perhaps twin could be made up like a daybed and possibly centered on the focal wall.
