Induction Cook Top Wiring Help Needed

I'm looking for direction on wiring a new 240V / 32A induction cook top. I have 4-wire, 6-gauge aluminum wire from my breaker box that has a 2-pole 40A breaker. I have two wiring schematics - one was from the website and one from the instruction sheet and I can't tell if they are the same. The website instructions look straightforward: blue & grey go to the Red wire and black & brown go to the Black. The neutral gets capped and there is no ground. Cook top has the double square logo, believe that means double insulated and no ground required.

What type of box do I use to make the Al-Cu wire connections? All the alumicons are for small gauge, so how do I use mechanical lugs in a 4x4x2 j-box with 2" extension? Or can I just use a non-fusible switch disconnect in the cabinet, typically used for AC units? That seems like a lower cost option if it works for Al-Cu connections...

Thanks!
