Remodeling our kitchen. Stuck on gas cooktops. I wanted this Samsung (see link) bc it goes with 5 burners.

Then I went through reviews and found few mention that Samsungs’ knobs getting too hot while cooking so now I have this one in mind (see link Zline)

Do you know any brands of cooktops that go with 5 burners but have their knobs upfront instead of the same cooking surface?

Sorry I may sound paranoid but I have never owned a cooktop.
