Hello all. I recently bought a house with a likely 2011 or 2012 Wolf 30” gas range. Hurray, very excited for the great range! But when we finally got into the house, this is what the burners look like. (Long story, my fault - crazy seller’s market and we didn’t look closely at the burners during inspection, just tested that they all worked). Any advice on how best to clean these? And is that white stuff that looks like corrosion permanent damage that will shorten the lifespan of the burners?

Thank you for any help, and apologies for my relative ignorance on all this - I’ve always taken good care of my stuff, so have never come across anything like this before.
