I had it years ago. It stayed short for me, maybe 3 feet max. I only grew it for 2-3 years, though. It was a nice enough plant. I was disappointed in the lack of scent. All the descriptions said it was strongly fragrant, but I could never smell anything from it.

I'm sure I have notes on EdM somewhere, but from memory, it was a smallish plant here (gone, lost to rosette disease), less than 3', but full and fairly free blooming, best flushes in Spring and Fall, scattered through Summer. I would say it might be a little bigger for you in the NW, but it's never going to be a monster :)
