Countertop- Astoria granite or Pristine Spectrum Quartz?

Is time to decide the countertop for my kitchen remodeling and I'm completely lost!! I'm in between Astoria granite, but I'm afraid it will look too beige and Pristine quartz from Spectrum that will probably make kitchen more bright. I do have a big window with nice natural sun light... any suggestion?

It depends on what you want in your kitchen. I have heard that granite is better as far as heat resistant. I don’t know if you are aware but quartz will burn easily if you set something hot on it. Both are pretty.

I have Astoria granite and love it. Leathered.
