Hey, I think for great match in this case you should use the black bedside tables, because it create some contrast and interesting, otherwise everything will fade into monotony. I would like to see the background in your bedroom.

Thank you for responding. It's still a blank canvass as we've just had the loft conversion done and in the process of being painted. The walls will be grey and the carpet a silver grey. The only piece of furniture we purchased is the bed which is in the attached.

If we go for the black bedside tables, the lamps won't go. What would you suggest?

I think the black bedside tables will really lift the scheme. I think the table lamps will really go well. Not everything has to match. You can add black framed art too. You can also add interest with texture such as a rug or throw. If everything was grey it can be a bit dull.

Hello again Velvet Interiors. They're going to re-stock the black bedside tables so just wondering if I should so buy the matching chest of drawers?

I'm thinking of putting a chest of drawers on the opposite wall where the fitted wardrobes are going to be.

What colour should I have the fitted wardrobes sprayed in...white or grey?

This chest of drawers will go well with those bedside tables.

In my opinion, the best option is white wardrobes. This way the cabinets won't get lost against the gray background, and you will support the white lamps.
