I’m refinishing this dining table with leaves and I’m wondering:

• Does anyone know what this style is called or who may have made it? (The slides are from Walter of Wabash) I’ve never seen legs like this on mid century furniture.

• I’m considering a darker walnut stain, but also dark charcoal/black stain (like the picture of the cabinet, attached), or else black lacquer. Would love any opinions!
