Having Threshold Ramps Put in When Pouring Foundation Slab? (for aging

As an aging in place practice - is it a good idea to have them feather in threshold ramps when they pour the slab? I'm thinking for the back patio and garage doors where you have about a 2 inch drop outside. I'd guestimate roughly the door width and extending out maybe 2-ish feet. Perhaps with what I call a broom finish.

The aftermarket also has little rubber and metal ramps one can buy later.

Or do without.

(it might complicate putting tile in (back patio) or perhaps having garage floor paint applied (like ArmorSeal)

thoughts?
