Call your painter.

Did the painter leave the extra paint? I'd check the can to confirm it is a satin finish.

Did you specify exactly which paint (Emerald?) you wanted the painter to use? If you only gave him a color and a certain sheen (satin), he could have easily bought a contractor grade paint. They are never easy to clean or touch up. Also, Sherwin Williams paints seem be on the lower end when it comes to the sheen. Their satin is more like a flat and their semi-gloss more like a satin finish.

I cannot actually see the issue but I agree if you did not specify the paint the sheen and the color you probably got the cheapest paint and one coat I never use SW so not really sure about the sheen but I usually do not use satin on walls only matte I do see what looks like a big oval shape that I thought was a shadow on the bottom of the wall is that what you are referring to? BTW I always ask for the leftover paint to be left for my clients.
