Help! New carpet too harsh???

Hi! We got this carpet installed today. The 4x4 sample piece looked more gray. This is so bright. Does anyone have any tips on how to tone this down and make it look better in my space?? New paint color? Area rug? I do love the texture! But i have to say im a little disappointed with how it turned out. Help?
