Note that each element ("burner") on Bosch induction cooktops does not have its own control to set its power level. Instead, you must first select an element and then move the single digital control left and right to set the power level.

I have a Wolf 36” induction. You can accomodate the 14” pan on the large hob on the right. You can accomodate 10” pans on the smaller hobs. Exacstly how many at the same time - you might want to try it out in a showroom that has a live cooktop to make sure they fit. The bridging I have used mainly for griddles spaning two burners. It works ok but you need to to give it ample time to heat the pan. You will still have some hot/cool spots. but no different than spanning two gas burners. I had 4 hobs occupied at once last weekend. Two 10 inch saute pans and 2 saucepans. All was well. I have had the cooktop now going on 7 years and have been very happy with it. No issues to date. It has great pot sensing (can use pans in the 4” range) and I very much like the direct select controls.
