My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what is the neutral wall color? Looks calm and does not seem to fight with any other color.
Also, where did you have slipcover made and is it out of cotton duck, cotton canvas or linen? Looks wonderful!

The wall color is called Canvas Tan from Sherwin Williams. Bepsf was correct, the slipcover came from Pottery Barn where I purchased the sofa. The fabric is called Warm White, it's denim and very durable. It is offered by the yard through the PB site. I'd recommend it highly for anyone with children as it can be bleached. (I find that spot treating it with Oxy Clean stain stick is even better.)

I'd guess that this slipcover came with the sofa - probably Pottery Barn.

where can you get the pillow fabric???
The blue and white pillow is from Thomas Paul. I purchased the pillow cover online but the fabric is widely available in several colors. The gold pillows were from Pottery Barn but they no longer sell that pattern.
