Mine isn't up yet in northern Virginia.

It's kinda slow up here in zone 5 -- won't appear until sometime in May, depending on how fast the soil warms.

Funny, I was just about to ask the same thing. I planted 4 swamp milkweeds last fall and scattered a bunch of seed hoping to get some seedlings and so far no signs of life. Every other plant in my garden has emerged. It also didn't help that my local nursery had swamp milkweed and they were 6 inches tall already, but they probably came from a greenhouse, so I guess not a fair comparison :P

I winter-sowed some varieties in milk jugs and they just emerged from the seeds. JUST.

I'm in central NJ, none of mine are sprouting yet, I think they'll start coming up in May. I planted a bunch 2 years ago and they all came back last year. We're around the last average frost date right now.

I am in southeastern Massachusetts and mine is just showing.
