I might guess that drainage is poor in the pots of the affected plants. You may be putting the same amount of water in at top, but if it doesn't come out the bottom, their feet are wet. Tomatoes don't like that.

That's a real puzzle. To the extent that you're seeing some fungal or viral infection, best keep these plants far away from the others. I assume they're all getting fed similarly.

They look underfed, not necessarily underwatered. Are you giving them enough of tomato-type fertilizer?

I have given them a little fertilizer - 10 days ago and a couple days ago. It did not seem to help. Other tomatoes are a lot bigger and did not get a little fertilizer boost. I used miracle grow. It literally made no noticeable difference.

That could be it but if it is I would have expected a jump a few days after giving them miracle grow.
