My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is honed or polish finish of the Black Pearl Leatherette Granite something you would recommend?

    Missed this one, sorry. I normally recommend the polished finishes for countertop wet areas or very high use surfaces. Then the honed or leather finishes for islands and bars.

    Since the Black Pearl Leatherette Granite has a texture. Will polishing and honing make it look worse or is this even a concern?

    Leslie, they will not polish your current slab, it is already leathered. A polished slab would be tagged separately. I will email info.
