New P&G detergent product: EC30

Strolling along my FB feed, this ad showed up. I didn't think anything of, it then I backed up and thought I saw this was a P&G product.

It seems this is a real product. I haven't heard of it prior to today. But thought I'd share here in our Laundry Forum. Discuss amongst yourselves...

Interesting concept. The ingredients are similar to Tide so it should clean well. They are very expensive so I would expect consumers to balk at the price.

They will probably be discontinued rather quickly...

Nope. Single-month subscription order is $33.66 including shipping & tax. That's $2.24 per dosage of two for a "large" load.

I agree the price is high. However, it would be handy for traveling. There are much more affordable laundry sheets for that purpose, but might not be as effective. Dd brought those to Europe for the 6 weeks she lived out of a backpack while traveling between different countries. She said her laundry would come out of the washers smelling worse than they went in. Littlegreeny says it should clean well, so there's that. But the price...

I was wondering when P&G would come out with this format. I've seen numerous off-brand versions of this type of detergent.
