Plant 1 if you tear off a leaf does it bleed white sap?

Plant 2 is a Rumex possibly Rumex crispus - Curly Dock

I'll try the 'white sap' test tomorrow on plant 1. Thanks.

Lactuca serriola var. integrata, Rumex crispus, Morus alba 'digitata'.

The midvein spines on the undersides of the Lactuca leaves aren't showing, but I think it's because the photo is grainy. It's the closest match otherwise. imo.

That first one, AKA Prickly lettuce, is such a mongrel because it's unpleasant to pull out without decent gloves. I sometimes wrap other weeds around it to pull it out. (Just BTW.)

The last one could be a mulberry tree
