My quote for unilock beacon hill pavers, curved patio, 3 steps including wood fire pit, 4” base concrete scatch pad, accent border, sand etc. is 27k. I have seen their work. its very good. Original quote was 600sq ft, gas fire pit, 2 unilock seating walls, 4 pillars….41k. can anyone tell me if this quote is reasonable. I had a deck quote last year for 25k and several contractors who have ghosted me. This guy is the only one in 2 years to actually offer me what I want. Location Avon Ohio outside of Cleveland.
