I still need help with colors?

I am having my living room painted Sanctuary White by SW 9583 in two weeks. Do I paint the entire room white or do I paint an accent color over the fireplace on the wall? If i painted it, the color would match the stone. My ceiling is probably around 25 feet I think.

Put an accent color above the fireplace hearth.
