Youre building with a tract builder with a poor reputation for everything. You have no recourse whatsoever, for anything you might takecexception to. They do not care. Accept it and move on. They can sell the house for more money than your contract, if you decide you want out. And, you’ll lose your deposit.

Make sure they got all the rough-ins approved or the drywall's coming back off. If inspection is happy, what did you hope to find at a framing walk through?

Have you been damaged? Not likely.

It's a production home they build many times over.

I had hoped to do the walk through so i could understand where everything is, what is does. In the future, if there is a problem, it's beneficial to know where everything is located.

Walk another of the same model under construction. You are out of luck on your unless you walk (refuse to close) but then you will lose your deposit and change order/upgrade money you paid.

Production builders become expert at following an identical process in an effort to produce identical homes (and identical profits on each.) Asking a production builder to insert a step in the process that's not normally part of their routine is an unrealistic expectation.
