I have Armstrong Halifax Hardwood flooring in my current home. I believe it is engineered wood. Can this product be refinished? The tone is copper and I would like to lighten up the floor. How often can this product be refinished?

All of my other homes had site-finished hardwoods. I am not familiar with the ins and outs on engineered hardwood and there does not appear to be a lot of information available on this particular product. I believe it has been discontinued.
