Were you thinking of putting a door in to create a closet out of the window bays? If you did that you would lose the natural light. Would that be a problem for you? You could put in a door that is glass, but not 100% see-through to let some light pass. You do have the window on the other side of the room. I wouldn't like to use those areas as closets without doors because I would want to hide the mess, but this is up to you.

You could also build closets on the sides of the room, starting with the wall closest to the dormers. Build two to maintain symmetry. Would 6'-8' be big enough to hold everything? I am not sure about the dimensions of the room from the pictures. If you did that, would the closets be too close to the bed?

I would place a perfectly sized ottoman and big pillows under the window in the bay for a cozy spot. You can get very creative in ways to have an open closet that remains tidy without spending a lot of money.

I would invest in oversized art to fill a large wall space and infuse your personality into the room. Use the colors in the art you choose to select bedding and accessories.

What are the dimensions of the room? Is there enough space to place a desk perpendicular to the windows, and then place your bed to the left of the desk?

Do not use a window area for a closet. Even if no direct sun comes in the window, the light from outside can fade your clothing. If you have a particular windowed area (without direct sun) which could be transformed into a good closet, find a closet specialist (some furniture stores or home stores have people to help you), design placement of the hanging rods and storage for shoes, purses and other accessories, and men’s clothing. The area will need wall and/or ceiling lights operated by switches or pull-chains, but cover any window to keep light from outside from coming in. If you have space to place a couple of dressers, that’s great. Get sturdy rods with support brackets and have them attached where there is proper support for hanging clothing, or use portable rolling racks to hang your clothing. You seem to have enough space for a bench to use while putting on shoes. I suggest at least one full-height mirror for checking yourself after dressing.
There seems to be plenty of space for clothing and a dresser or two. There is probably enough space to store all your purses, coats and jackets and other accessories.

A relatively inexpensive way to acquire large art is by framing mural wallpaper. Photowall.com is a nice place to start browsing for possibilities. I can picture making a feature wall behind your bed.

Consider a pair of skinny armoires and a bed that has storage underneath. Here's an Asian style room in your colorway. Best thing I did was to learn the Marie Kondo way of folding clothes; it left me with some empty drawers due to its efficiency.

It’s difficult to suggest furniture placement (and, therefore, art placement), without knowing the room dimensions. Can you post a rough diagram with measurements? Is your bed queen sized? Do you have measurements for the corner desk you’re considering?

Agree that you have enough room to add IKEA PAX wardrobes. You could go simple with interior rods and adjustable shelves, or can custom.

If there is a space between the back of the cabinet and the wall before it hits the angle, install a narrow bookcase for shoes and bags.

lots of character and natural light I'd repaint the walls get a few big plants put the bed somewhere its snug make use of those wall and build in some storage then just get my necessary furniture pieces and decorate a bit
