My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our first frost coming

Going down to 33 tomorrow night. Close enough to get my hostas think it is time to go.

I have few scapes with pods that I want to preserve yet, had few late blooming ones.

I am thinking putting some cloth over them overnight and waiting it out, hopefully we will have some warm weather yet...
