Hello, I've installed 2 brand new ceiling fans in the same room and have the same issue with both. When the fan is turned on, there is a buzzing sound. This sound gets louder as I change the setting to make the fan go faster. I'm beginning to think that the wiring may actually be the issue. This room has old cloth wiring in BX. Do I need to replace the wiring from the ceiling to the switch?
