In normal practice, it should be impossible for a metal rod to fit between the plug and receptacle, so I assume that the plug wasn't fully inserted when this accident occurred.

You will need professional help or a course on electricity followed by one on electrical wiring. Your plug and receptacle are likely damaged and only one phase of the 240V ac circuit is working. The cord may need to be replaced and the receptacle may need to be replaced. I can't see them well from here.

There is not likely to be a fuse behind the dryer. The circuit will normally be protected at a fuse box or breaker box somewhere else, perhaps near to the electrical meter but inside the house. The circuit power will have to be shut off before repairs can be made.

I don't mean to be insulting, but your clear lack of electrical knowledge makes it dangerous for you to try anything on your own. I've been doing my own electrical work for over 40 years, and I wouldn't attempt trying to diagnose and repair the dryer myself.

Keep this dryer unplugged until you can have a professional determine if it can be fixed to operate safely, and have the breaker or fuse for it that's in the electrical panel disconnected until an electrician determines what parts of your electrical system need repair.
