Need help identifying wires in dual gang light switch box

The title says it all! Just gathering information for whether I’ll be able to have smart switches installed in this two-light-switch box (and I turned off the power before opening it up, don’t worry). Can anyone help identify which wires are which? There are two coming from each hole (two holes on top, one on bottom), so 6 total. 3 are bundled together - might these be the neutral? I’m not seeing a copper ground wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You may be in luck, if those old white wires are actually neutral wires, smart switches may require them. However, they are bigger, so they might not fit. There doesn't appear to be a ground wire, but the box may be grounded through the jacket of the metal cable, if that's what you have.

No neutral required but it's half the price when a neutral IS required: GE CYNC Smart Light Switch On/Off Paddle Style, No Neutral Wire Required
