Being Ms. Wheelchair Alabama has its advantages but access to housing is NOT one of them. I have been looking at options for building a new home but the budget is limited. I need as opposed to wanting an ACCESSIBLE home. I have been unsuccessful in finding any builders in my area that are familiar with accessible design. Can anyone suggest a builder or direct me to some resources for affordable accessible home design ?? Central to north Alabama area. THANKS!
