You can do a linear long fireplace. It can be offset still or below the TV directly. You want it to be wider than the TV though so it doesn’t look too heavy

Or still do the floating entertainment center and maybe do a cool wallpaper for that wall. I have never done wall paper before

Kristy that would be an odd wall to do wallpaper on..with that side angle wall..the only thing you could do is paint but go all the way around that angled wall and beyond until you get to a corner where you could stop…what other walls are in that room? No fireplace under TV…with a large TV you want it hung low for perfect viewing..you are so lucky to have that big wall!…can you post photos of the entire space pretty please.

Such a big room! Wow now that I see the entire space I think you need a big long console on that wall..you can still off set the tv over it and add a light and art to the left side..but with that big sectional the room is off balance and a console will help balance out the room…the shelf unit on the other wall needs some editing you have too many small items on it..easy fix! I do think some pattern and texture is needed in the space too. This is a wonderful space!…have to ask can the furniture layout be changed tv moved?? I Have an idea

ideally for balance your console should be about twice as wide as the tv. I prefer to just have it on the stand not mounted because it is a lot harder to change things if its too high or you want to move it somewhere else. hiding things in cabinets is neater. if you like your current entertainment center can you get another one to use beside it to look like a larger unit?

I would not mount it either. Huge hassle. Get a console or fireplace etc that is correct size

Love the end table and I love higher side tables..every end table in my house is higher than the furniture arm..the table is a bit more traditional in style than mid century but great looking and works well.

Great sectional…my daughter has a sofa from there and they love it! It is in Seattle very small townhome. i was thinking you could do a fireplace media cabinet where the open shelf units are with tv over it…turn the sectional and reconfigure it to have short section facing the window’s with longer against wall…I am going to do a quick layout for you.

Yes it sure is..they are out looking at a house right now….they are all so old too…they are tired of all the stairs in the townhome and want to be closer to her husbands office…

My husbands companies main headquarters are out there. I asked why he doesn’t get a job out there. He said the weather is not so good and living there is super expensive. I looked at houses for sale and he ain’t lying lol

Not an easy place to live..yes the weather is horrible most of the time…they have more rain gear than anyone should need! It can be fun…they have found some great wineries and when they have good weather they are out on the water…what company?

Weather is an adjustment not horrible! Good rain gear is needed to really be able to be comfortable and outside but it’s a beautiful place to live. West coast is stunning and well worth the wet weather
