looking for a glass shade replacement for a table lamp

I’ve broken the matching glass shade of the lamp pictured below. I purchased the lamps in Portland Oregon about 20 years ago. I’ve purchased replacement shades from Porteco lighting in Portland, but I can’t get a response from them. I think the manufacturer of the lamps are either in Everett or Seattle. Thanks for any help!
