Need help with this ID

I have a spreading (very slowly) ground cover with small pale blue flowers which I planted over 25 years ago, and it is still going strong. I can't remember what it is, and I want to get more. The blooms (pics below) are about 1.2 inches in diameter, and the foliage is strappy (also pic below). It has 6 pointed petals with a very dark stripe on the reverse, which shows through as a pale stripe on the front of the petals.


I tried to look it up, and found isotoma fluviatillis. Some of the pictures of blooms look identical to my plant, but the foliage is completely different.
