Looks like lewisii to me. Philidelphus lewisii is the only species native to northern oregon and is the only species thats truly commercially available around here, although I do have a Philadelphus madrensis (native to S AZ and NM and smells like grapes) that I got from Cistus nursery.

I have not found that to be the case. P. coronarius in various forms is readily available at area nurseries, as is lewisii and the hybrid 'Belle Etoile'.

P. madrensis was available from local Far Reaches Farms but they are currently out of stock
