NuCore Performance LVP - Need Advise

I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on LVP flooring for my new home. Replacing flooring in the entire home and ripping out laminate and carpet.

I have so many samples from Mohawk, Supercore, Flooret, NuCore, etc and looking at a budget of $3.50 or less per square foot, 20mil wear layer, and micro-bevels in a natural oak like look that’s not too matte or “gritty”.

The one my kids and I liked the best is the Nucore Stockbridge Oak. This is their standard line at 6.5mm thick with 22mil wear layer.

I’ve heard so many polarizing reviews, but most of the positive ones seem to correspond to their “performance” line, so not sure if the standard line is where all the issues are.

Any advise or experience with the floor and/or Stockbridge color would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info. Just curious how you got to $11k with 850sqft of this flooring? What am I missing?

I just layed down nucore caspian tawny 2 weeks ago. I put quite walk underlayment and issue i have is creeking and poping everywhere. I spent $11000 on 850 sq plus stair treads. Customer service rejected to even look at the issue by simply saying why i used underlayment other than their recommended underlayment.
I am so frustrated with it. My house is brand new. I would not go with them again. My contractor said this lvp locking system is not good.

Products are warranted based on the installation recommended by the manufacturer. If you deviate from the recommended installation you forfeit the warranty. It's just that simple.

I’ve generally heard the warranty claims for LvP are somewhat useless because there are too many loopholes for any of the manufacturers to deny claims based on the broad “installation issue” designation.

I’m more curious to the overall quality of the product and the locking system as a whole, The sound absorption, and the feel underfoot.

Curious if anyone has experience with this specific color installed

Locking system is crap on this product as at joint one plank just sit on the next one and doesn't actually hold it for any movement so any little movement makes it locking and unlocking continuously..atleast that's whats happening in my case.
