It's not the non-toxic I want, per say, it's a F&C without optical brighteners.

Thanks for sharing about Biokleen FC powder. I've been stuck since Tide F&G powder was discontinued.

Not sure if it was you or another member, but on the recommendation of the forum the poster got some Tide F&G liquid as it doesn't have optical brighteners. Many of us didn't get fading with it but the poster did. I have a newer bottle of it and noticed more fading than it used to bring. Still cleans nice but a noticable difference with fading on colors. I wish manufactuers would leave well enough alone.

That was me who posed about the Tide F&C and fading -- it definitely did fade my clothes, seems like you had the same experience, so yea they must have done something to the formula because for a while there people thought it was the cat's meow.

Use Tide PurClean if you want a version without optical brighteners, frangrance or other common additives. It cleans just as well as regular Tide.

Bumping -- anyone else have anything to say about the Biokleen liquid?

I use DirtyLabs and love it! Towels smell clean even when forgotten in someone’s beach bag 3 days later. I appreciate that the bottle is recyclable metal as well and you only use a tiny amount

luna, do you have to use very hot water with the PurClean to get it to clean as well?
