You want a minimum of 48" there, as it will be a high traffic location. 60" would be better. Yes, you are required to have an electrical outlet at the end of the peninsula. And both sides of the range as well. I'd also want one in between the range and sink. Maybe a pop up. Or maybe a tray base with a false drawer front above, for the outlet.

I hope you have more room between the peninsula and the table than the drawing makes it appear.

It really depends on how much room you have. Code requires a minimum of 36". I think 40"-42" is ideal, but I wouldn't go any wider than 48".

My design book says that there should be a 12" minimum countertop on either side of a range. Be sure to allow enough space for the table. For example, a 3' x 6' rectangular table that seats 6-8 people requires a room 10' x 13'.

Actually, per the 2023 NEC, receptacle outlets on islands and peninsulas are not required. If one is installed, it must either be above the countertop (in an elevated backsplash), or in the countertop. It may not be installed below the countertop or work surface level. So, the location you've indicated on the drawing would not be allowed.

Based on the picture you posted here, that table looks way too tight. You should post a floor plan of the whole space so we can help you better.

How big of a reno are you doing? Those corner pantries consume a lot of space and there is wasted space due to the walls and empty floor space. Would you consider taking that out?

Post a plan and maybe some pictures of the space to get some more creative ideas.
