in fall as light declines..especially indoors... the oldest leaves turn ugly and are shed.. we just prune them out usually ...

are these the oldest leaves... can we see the whole plant and pot.;..

how do you water.. do you allow the medium to near dry between waterings...

stay away from dish soap next time.. many are detergents.. and not for plant material... that might be part of this problem...

i think you have applied enough remedies for now.. just water it properly and lets see how it reacts in the next 4 to 6 weeks...

finally.. its flowering.. so its either dying.. try to create seed before such.. or its happy as a lark.. perhaps more pix will show us which..

Is there a drainage hole in that pot? The mix looks rather dense too. Repot in a fast draining mix in a container with drainage holes and reduce the watering. Also get it into as much light as you can. The bumps look like oedema, a consequence of overwatering and the black marks look like a rot, also a result of being too wet. In fact your other plants look as if they also need a change of cultural conditions.

Once a week is too often to water and that could be the problem; succulents like to be dry. They store water in their fleshy leaves, and even though the soil looks dry to us, they have plenty to live on. That was a lesson I learned by killing quite a few aloe by over watering. I only water my succulents every couple of weeks, sometimes longer if I forget. Also, it needs to be planted in a medium that drains quickly and doesn't stay wet. There are potting mixes made especially for succulents, or you can mix your own. Does the pot it's in have a drainage hole? It's very important that water is allowed to drain out of the pot, or planter. I hope you can save your pretty plant.
