I had a hobby I loved, creating art pieces with twigs and branches from trees. I would spray paint the branch and mount it on your wall. I made flowers, birds, boats, fish (see below) and other objects. If you post a pic of the branch that would help also. The use of the branch above is so very creative and dramatic!

Can be amazing on a mantle or running down down a long table - I used a fabulous branch to hold up a tab topped curtain in a guest room years ago

Depending on how thick it is, drill pegs into it and use it as a coat rack or a pot rack. I used to use found branches as curtain rods but wouldn't be good with an S-shape.
