Quartzite forming small dark circles after sealant was applied.

So we had quartzite installed recently and a few days after the sealant was put on. After the sealant was out on a few days later we started to notice these “bubbles” or circles forming. Our fabricator and distributor are stumped and we’re wondering what it could be. Any ideas?
