The current stairs would have to be replaced so there is a 36” landing at the top - not sure if you will have room at the bottom of the stairs for that. As to cost- much more than you expect. New stairs, new exterior grade door, window that matches the house, electrical etc. 20k? 30k?

I think you need to get quotes for this show the contractor the inspiration pic but that is an addon and not sure you want to go to that expense . Why not show us the to scale plan of the kitchen space maybe there is a way to get a fix there . The issue with your entry compared to the inspo is that yours is much smaller and really no space to make it bigger . If changing the roof is not in the busget you really have no real ability to do much here .. Do you have a garage ? If so maybe doing soemthing in it would be the answer . I guess we need more info.
