Those should be easier to read. It is an infill lot. There is a small garage and sadly due to lot constraints we can’t make the garage bigger. Can’t make the footprint bigger either.

Percentage depends on how good the suggestions are 😂. We are having a meeting to make a real layout so right now it’s just a copy paste layout on each level.

Then find one who is. It's not your job to do the work if you've hired a designer.

Why is there a window looking in from the master bedroom to the garage?

Is this a three-flat? With one garage?

I designed a house where there was a window into the garage from the living room, but my client's car cost more than the house.
